Anne B. Darring
Anne opened The Law Offices of Anne B. Darring in 1993. In the almost 20 years since the firm opened she has helped hundreds of Texas Gulf Coast residents with their family legal issues. Ms. Darring’s caseload consists of Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Adoption, Child Visitation, Parentage and Marital Agreements. Anne is proud of the work she has done in this area helping families through very difficult and emotional times.
Christina M. Gucwa
A graduate of Yale University and the University of Texas School of Law, Christina has always known her passion was working with children and families. Since passing the Texas Bar in 2006, she has focused her practice in that area, working on juvenile defense, custody disputes, CPS intervention, and divorce. Christina believes that children deserve the extra protection under the law and strives to ensure that any case resolution is consistent with the best interest of the children.
Diana G. Bertini
Diana graduated from Tulane and then went to the University of Houston to obtain her law degree. Since passing the Texas Bar, she has worked for Legal Aid, the Galveston City Attorney’s Office, the District Attorney’s Office, and privately on personal injury defense with chemical spills. Her diverse background demonstrates her ability to practice in many areas of law, and her caseload at our firm consists of wills, probate, guardianship, heirship, commerical transactional law, and general family law. Diana is a member of the Junior League and is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. However, her greatest pride is being the mother of three beautiful children.
